Dashboard utilization

To begin interacting with dashboards the first thing to do is to utilize them — that is, to create a usage relationship between you and the dashboards. When you utilize a dashboard, you can relate it with resources that you utilize.

To create a dashboard usage relationship:

  1. Go to the dashboard page on Realer.
  2. From the dashboard page, click on Utilize under the dashboard name.
  3. Choose the privacy setting for the dashboard usage relationship.
  4. Click Create usage relationship.

Note: We recommend to utilize only the dashboards that accomplish to things that you need and care. There are limitations on the number of dashboards you can utilize.

To edit a dashboard usage relationship:

  1. Go to the dashboard page on Realer and make sure you utilize it.
  2. From the dashboard page, click on under the dashboard name and select Edit usage relationship.
  3. Edit the dashboard usage relationship.
  4. When you are finished, click Update usage relationship.

To delete a dashboard usage relationship:

  1. Go to the dashboard page on Realer and make sure you utilize it.
  2. From the dashboard page, click on under the dashboard name and select Delete usage relationship.
  3. Confirm the deletion of the dashboard usage relationship by clicking on Destroy usage relationship.
