Resource usage

To interact with a resource, create a usage relationship with it. A usage relationship means that your account can use that resource and connect it to dashboards.

To create a resource usage relationship:

  1. Go to the resource page on Realer.
  2. From the resource page, click on Utilize under the resource name.
  3. Choose the privacy setting for the resource usage relationship.
  4. Click Create usage relationship.

Use only resources that are useful for what you want to access, monitor, or control. There are limitations on the number of resources you can use.

To edit a resource usage relationship:

  1. Go to the resource page on Realer and make sure you use it.
  2. From the resource page, click on under the resource name and select Edit usage relationship.
  3. Edit the resource usage relationship.
  4. When you are finished, click Update usage relationship.

To delete a resource usage relationship:

  1. Go to the resource page on Realer and make sure you use it.
  2. From the resource page, click on under the resource name and select Delete usage relationship.
  3. Confirm the deletion of the resource usage relationship by clicking on Destroy usage relationship.
